Leos are called the Lion for a reason. They are proud to a fault outwardly, but defensive and wary on the inside. They are protective of those close to them, but can be fierce to those people who they see as being in combat with them.
Screw with Leo and they will cut you.
Usually it is a metaphor. I wouldn’t take the chance, though.
Born rulers, they have to be really, really careful about being dogmatic and having a my-way-or-the-highway view of the world or religion. Getting pushy about their beliefs are what some Leos do best. And that can be a real pain in the backside.
Stubborn and willful, they like to be seen and recognized for their hard work. Taking credit for something a Leo has done is practically social suicide — they probably will feel so betrayed that you will cease to exist in their lives.
Still, they are caring and radiate warmth, and make excellent friends. If you need someone in your corner, a Leo having your back is like having extra strength that you didn’t know was possible.
